Please INSPECT the material at your end before cutting or loading of the material. Material is sold as it is on Block basis. Once LOADED, Material shall not be RETURN BACK or EXCHANGED.

As the goods sold are on ex-warehouse basis the liability of the seller ceases the moment the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. Any breakage, damage or accident during transit, the loss is to be claimed from the transporter or its insurer by the buyer irrespective of the transport being arranged by the seller.

Natural Stones are products of nature and subject to variations in colour, and patterns. Also, veins, surface crack and fissures are characteristics of natural stones, hence unavoidable. Samples where provided are to be considered as representative only and we cannot guarantee on exact match.
